I am a little obsessed with being the best version of myself. I make sure to close my activity rings daily and frequent the gym each week. My family has a history of heart disease and diabetes so I've made it my personal challenge to eat healthy daily and to include herbs and natural remedies in my daily life.

I never get bored with exercising. We can keep working out longer if we enjoy what we're doing! For me, the key is adventure. I enojy hikes in pretty places with lots to see.  I also love city biking and boxing workouts. Now I'm into swimming and yoga which is great! Let's find something you love that gets you moving!

The gym is a place where I get ready for adventures. My eye is not on the elliptical; it is on the mountains I will climb and the rivers I will ride in my mind as I'm simply on the treadmill. Lol.  I'm constantly looking for inspiration for the next adventure. Let's share the stories of the exciting places that our healthier bodies can take us.
